Dear Your Slim Vision,
Here I go again dieting…however, this time it is not a diet! It's a way of being!
I am doing what is required to recondition my thinking and am glad to say
its working! The other day I bought veggies, and I cooked up some zucchini and mushrooms to keep in the fridge for the times I want to snack. We went to the Red lobster for Lobster fest last week and I TOOK pasta home for another meal. Usually I'd eat it all! It has made me think twice about what is going in my body and the choices I am making. I am continuing to listen to the CD at night, which is in a cd player at my bedside. The DVD is on my kitchen table in my laptop, and I listen to it each morning.
The new slimmer me is evolving. It's all in my subconscious mind- the things I am now buying in Publix and not buying!

I was first introduced to Your Slim Vision through my sister. I had tried every imaginable diet and even though I had been successful here and there, losing 10 pounds on one or 15 or another, never lasted long and it was always, always a struggle. I would end up feeling hungry, deprived and, ultimately, as if I had failed.
I might do well with a diet and then I'd be in a situation where there was pizza or fries or ice cream or some seemingly delicious food and I lost whatever control I thought I might have had. Even though the diets changed, the pattern was the same every time. And even though I committed to every diet every time, I failed every time, too. You can imagine what it does to your self-esteem when you feel you’re doing your best and your best doesn't seem to be good enough.
So when my sister told me about YSV, I figured, what do I have to lose (except the weight!). I found the system itself, with the DVDs and the CDs to be very easy to start using and then to incorporate into my every-day life.
More than anything, the CDs relaxed me and helped me settle down after a long day. I even took them with me when I was traveling for work.
To those of you out there looking for a "magic" pill – this isn't and there isn't one! This is not a lose-weight-quickly scheme – it is about losing gradually and keeping it off. My co-workers and friends started asking me what I was doing and what diet I was following because the results started speaking for themselves. And throughout this whole time, I never felt deprived or as if I needed to summon enormous will power to resist something. It was just very natural and easy.
It's been about 3 or 4 months now, and nothing has ever felt better for me. After the first month or so, anytime I feel I need more support or a reminder, I just re-listen to the CDs and get right back in the groove.I look forward to continuing to lose the weight and to keeping it off. I’m enjoying the positive feedback and comments, I love buying new clothes and smaller sizes and I just feel better all-around.
